A memorable family dance experience

This family dance session is designed for children and adults to move together, connect and enjoy music through dance. 

The workshop combines simple choreography, playful movement games and easy follow me exercises, making it accessible for all ages and abilities. 
A joyful space for families to build confidence, rhythm and creativity while sharing a memorable dance experience.

 

About Afrocats

Afrocats are a Black and female-led charity working closely with local communities throughout the city to break down barriers, raise aspirations, and inspire the next generation of women and young people. 
 
They work alongside Manchester's communities to create opportunities for people facing challenges in their lives, supporting them to feel connected, confident, and able to take part fully in society.  
 
They are passionate about breaking down social, economic, cultural and language barriers so that everyone has the chance to live fuller, healthier, and happier lives.
