Kate Freeborough: Artist Workshop

All workshops are free to attend but spaces are limited, so book ahead to avoid disappoinment!
Sessions take place in the Main Gallery on the ground floor.

In this calm and fun session we will focus on the process of creating using different materials inspired by artworks in the exhibition.

On arrival you will begin the session with a mindful making activity to focus on being in the moment. Once everyone is settled we will explore the exhibition. You will be supported in looking at and discussing the artwork before experimenting with making processes inspired by it.
Kate Freeborough is a process-based artist and facilitator specialising in creative wellbeing. By focussing on the process of making we will have the freedom to experiment and play without the constraints of what the final outcome is.

Suitable for ages 12+ (Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult)
