A brand new comedy about life... and death!

There’s a woman in glittery shoes trying to talk about the one thing nobody wants to talk about.

Death. Not an obvious crowd-pleaser.

And yet, with extraordinary storytelling, a disco ball, and a wicked sense of humour, The Party at the End turns our favourite taboo into a celebration of the strange, messy, beautiful business of being alive.

Growing up against the backdrop of an undeclared civil war, Suzy learned early that people vanish. Lost lives, stolen moments, and final embraces met with silence over cups of tea. Thirty years later, after losing her dad during COVID and witnessing more than her fair share of 'bad' deaths, she wants to know: If we stopped pretending death wasn’t coming, might we get a little better at living?

Part storytelling, part performance, part collective gathering, The Party at the End is warm, irreverent, and unexpectedly joyful.

There will be stories. There will be a disco ball. There may be some tears, but not too many. There will definitely be laughs.
