EXPERIMENT encourages artists to deepen their creative enquiry, test bold ideas and explore possibilities beyond traditional artform boundaries, with the time, space and encouragement to take meaningful creative risks.

Artists can engage with a new programme of residencies across Theatre, Visual Arts and Film, combining dedicated development time with mentoring and research support; a new Crit Group for Visual Artists that creates a constructive space for critical discussion, reflection and peer exchange; seed commissions enabling theatre makers to investigate ideas through early-stage research and development; and a new pilot for emerging filmmakers to share developed shorts and works in progress, gather feedback and build confidence in presenting their work.
