Develop

DEVELOP helps artists better understand how the creative sector works and build the practical knowledge, confidence and skills needed to sustain a creative career.

Creatives can expect regular workshops and learning capsules offering useful guidance on the realities of developing a practice, producing work and navigating professional opportunities.

Cross-artform conversations will create space to learn from different disciplines, exchange approaches and make new connections, while dedicated skills programmes will support artists to plan, organise and realise their ideas.

New Q&As with filmmakers will continue to offer honest insight into creative processes and career journeys, alongside a continuation of our new Resident Filmmaker programme providing more sustained support for a flagship filmmaker to develop their practice and work.
