Creative Engagement Film Practitioner
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic film practitioner to join HOME's Creative Engagement Team. This role will lead the coordination, administration and delivery of a range of film engagement programmes, creating opportunities for young people, schools and communities to engage with film, develop creative skills and explore pathways into the arts.
You will manage and deliver large-scale projects including BFI Film Academy, HOME's Young Film Collective, film courses and study days, as well as contributing to HOME's wider creative engagement offer. The role requires someone with experience of working with young people, strong project management and administrative skills, and a passion for film and creative learning.
Working closely with the Head of Creative Engagement and the wider team, you will programme and produce workshops, screenings and networking events, build relationships with industry partners, education providers and community organisations, and support the development of an inclusive and accessible programme of activity that reflects Manchester's diverse communities.
Due to the nature of the role, evening and weekend working will be required as part of a flexible working pattern.
